How to improve your daily routine?

We all have a mental picture of who we want to be. It could be a healthier body, an improved state of mind, better eating habits, and so on. Real, long-lasting change does not happen overnight, and it is a process that takes time. So, all in all, the key to improving your life is by making simple everyday changes and sticking with them. If you feel overwhelmed or just afraid, you will forget something. It is good to write it down TO the DO list/checklist the next day. Here’s something really important to remember: what works for someone else might not work for you.

- Go to sleep by 11 pm. No screen aloud. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep.

😴To get a good night's sleep, you can:

  • Limit your caffeine to early in the day

  • Ventilate your room before bedtime

  • Darken your room

  • Stay away from technology for an hour before bedtime. We know this is the most challenging part before our sleep, but every small step counts.

- Make time for breakfast. It is important part of the day. Keep it simple - oatmeal, plant milk, add protein, fruit, nut butter, chia. Done!

- Plan meals ahead.

- Eat mindfully.

- Eat less sugar.

- Try a digital detox.

- Do something on your TO-DO list. When you finish your tasks, our brains release dopamine, connected to feelings of pleasure, learning, and motivation. A brain is so smart that when you feel the effects of dopamine, you're eager to repeat the actions.

- Swap your bad habits. For example, a bad habit can be when you wake up & grab your phone. Instead of this habit, you can journal & drink your favorite tea or coffee. A good example is also spending money on things we don't need. Instead of this, you can put extra money towards a dream vacation.

- Find the key ones. 

- Find ones that are working well for you.

- Small steps every day.
