YG POPPY OATMEAL RECIPE
All the berries are almost gone for this year, but be sure that it is no reason for your breakfast to be less fancy than on a hot summer day full of fresh fruits… We still have soo many delicious foodies available. Luckily, we have oats, nuts, seasonal fruits, and, most importantly, multiple types of seeds all over the year. If you still think that oatmeal is just about boring oats and hot water… watch this recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
1 CUP OATS
1 CUP NEMLÉKO OAT MILK
1 TS POPPY SEEDS
1 TS CHIA SEEDS
1 TS COCONUT
1 TS HEMPSEEDS
ON THE TOP:
GREEK YOGHURT
ONE HALF A BANANA
ONE HALF A PEAR
ONE FIG GRAPES
PUMPKIN SEEDS
COCONUT FLAKES
WALNUTS
BRAZIL NUTS
PEANUT BUTTER
LET’S COOK:
1. PUT THE OATS IN A SMALL POT OR PAN
2. POUR THE OAT MILK IN
3. ADD ALL THE SEEDS
4. MIX AND BOIL UNTIL IT’S NICE AND CREAMY
5. REDUCE THE HEAT AND PLACE YOUR OATMEAL IN A BOWL
6. ADD YOGHURT, CHOPPED FRUITS, AND NUTS
7. FINISH BY DECORATING WITH PUMPKIN SEEDS, COCONUT CHIPS, AND PEANUT BUTTER
8. REMEMBER- if you want it tasty… gotta make it pretty first
