7.6. Surf Day (YG x HGSC) - Yoga, Training and Surf
You all know how much we fell in love with surfing. And so we decided to share our little “Bali in Czech” paradise with you!
This time we decided to transform this event to a DAY PARTY! The whole day, you can chill with your friends, have @Beefeter alco & non-alco drinks, dance to a live DJ set.
Workouts & yoga will be divided into multiple stations, so you can choose which one you want to join. You can expect: Yoga with Klara, surftrainig , Pilates w. Dydy, HIIT circuit training, Balancing challenges and much more.
Everyone will get on a boat with a surf coach, and before the surfing, we will also have proper surf training. You can ride a longboard, shortboard, or any fancy board you like.
You can chill, workout, have a drink. Anything you want, the day is yours!
We can’t wait to ride the waves with you!
