We are already halfway through summer, go take all your besties and make the most out of the time that's left! Summer is an amazing time to enjoy outdoor activities. We are bringing you all the fun things we love to do in summer.
Starting of with: TENNIS
Put on a cute tennis skirt, take your racket, and go break that sweat. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced player, tennis offers a great HIIT workout because it involves a lot of stopping and starting, with quick bursts of intense sprinting and friendly competition. Invite your friends to join you or take lessons from a tennis coach. If you need more motivation to go, there is nothing more therapeutic than whacking a yellow fuzzy to get some anger out. Just picture the tennis ball as something that made you mad and start smacking!

LTC PRAHA
Letenské sady, next to Restaurace na Baště, Praha 7
Opening hours: every day from 8am - 9pm
Tennis courts in the heart of one of Prague's most beautiful parks, Letenské sady. Club area with 4 clay courts, an area with a bounce wall and mini courts for little ones and beginners in the middle of nature with other sports activities options for children and adults (playgrounds, cycling and skating trails, etc.).

A wide range of sports facilities and other amenities (29 tennis courts, 11 beach volleyball courts, 34 badminton courts, 8 squash courts, 4-8 table tennis tables, volleyball and netball courts and much more). The complex includes a spacious restaurant with outdoor seating on the terrace, where you will find an ice cream stand and a grill to draw energy after.

If the weather is not, favorable you can use one of the 3 indoor courts in the wood-lined GreenSet Comfort Hall. After the sports performance, you can also relax in the beautiful wellness area.
WATERSPORTS
On tropic summer days, there is nothing better than throwing on your favorite swimsuit (YOGAGANG one & only ofc), taking your besties and spending time by the water whole day. Whether you seek adventure or relaxation, watersports offer a diverse range of experiences to suit everyone's preferences. Our ultimate fav is Wakesurfing! It's a combination of surfing and wakeboarding, where participants ride the wake created by a boat while being towed at a slow speed. You have experience the magic of wake surfing for yourself!

One of the most popular sports ever. Wakesurf is a sport for lovers of water, speed and fun. The laid-back nature of the activity promotes a relaxed atmosphere. Riding the waves is a legendary experience that gives you the feeling of surfing ocean waves. The ability to challenge oneself and try new moves adds an exciting element. The best way to unwind from everyday stress. A specially modified boat creates a wave on which you can surf, wakeboard or water ski.
RELAX BY THE WATER
If you just want to relax and take a rest day by the water on a hot day, get that tan and enjoy the sun we have some special tips for you. Either you can choose from swimming pool location or ,for the ultimate relax, you can visit the Thermal spa. It may take a little road trip to get there, but we promise it will be worth it!

This place will remind you of Maldives and give you the whole holiday vibes. Limestone quarry turned recreational area located in Kraków, Poland. HIKE
Want to escape the city, disconnect from technology and reconnect with nature? GO HIKING! The fresh air gives our brain a much-needed recharge. Want some happiness extra credit? Hike with a bestie or two (your dog counts as a bestie too! ). And when you reach the top of a hill at the end of a dirt path, pause to admire the view!

Admont, Austria
W. Zur Oberst-Klinke-Hütte 2, 8911 Krumau
The trail begins near Admont and takes you through dense forests, lush meadows, and rocky terrain. Along the way, you'll be treated to breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. The path gradually ascends, and as you gain elevation, the scenery becomes more captivating. As you continue your ascent, you'll reach the tree line, and the landscape transforms into alpine meadows adorned with colorful wildflowers during the summer months. This area is a great spot for a short rest and to soak in the beauty of the surroundings.The last stretch to the summit may involve some challenging terrain, but the panoramic views from the top are well worth the effort. Remember to wear appropriate hiking gear, carry enough water and snacks!
Entry point:
Parking lot at the Oberst Klinke Hütte. Continued along the ridge to the top of Mount Sparafeld 2 247 m above sea level.
